The delicatessen selection set includes three premium caviar varieties. You will receive a mother-of-pearl spoon as a gift.

We give you a mother-of-pearl spoon so that you can enjoy the caviar without any alteration of the taste.

You will receive the following caviar:

• 1 can - Imperial Selection Caviar

• 1 can - Ossetra Caviar

• 1 can - Royal Black Caviar

• 1 mother-of-pearl spoon

You can choose the size of the individual cans. We offer 30g, 50g, 125g, and 250g packages.

Shelf life:

Freshness is paramount to us. To ensure maximum freshness, we only bottle the caviar for you upon receipt of your order. All our sturgeon caviar varieties have a shelf life of at least 8 weeks when stored unopened in the refrigerator at 4°C. Once opened, Imperial Gold caviar can be enjoyed for approximately 1-2 days if the lid is tightly closed. Please note the current use-by date sticker on your can.

In order to give you the greatest possible caviar enjoyment, we reduce preservatives such as salt to the necessary minimum (2-3%) during processing.
